Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason. Sole traders ordering for their business, when the order is not part of their professional activity, have the same right.
We make every Video to order. At checkout you asked us to start work straight away and confirmed you understand that:
- if you withdraw after we have started, you pay for the work already done;
- you lose the right to withdraw once the final Video has been delivered.
How much we refund

| After we have sent you the storyboard or first preview, before the final Video | 50% of the price, or more if you show that less work was done |
| After the final Video has been delivered | No refund (the right of withdrawal has ended) |
For orders with several videos, each video is counted separately. A delivered video is not refunded, and videos not yet started are refunded in full.
This doesn't affect your rights if a Video doesn't match your order. See "If something is wrong" in the Terms of Service.
Other full refunds
You also get a full refund of the part not delivered if:
- we refuse or can't accept your order;
- we can't start work, or you don't accept the schedule we propose for a multi-video order;
- we are late, you set us a reasonable extra deadline and we miss that too.
How to cancel
Email fellystar@outlook.com with your order code and "I withdraw from my order", or use the form below. To keep the 14-day deadline, it's enough to send your message before the 14 days end.
How you get your money back
We refund within 14 days of receiving your message, to the same PayPal account or card you paid with. Refunds are free of charge for you.
